Returns & Replacements

We have a 30 days refund/exchange policy. If it has been more than 30days since you’ve made your purchase, then unfortunately we cannot offer you are refund/exchange under our policy.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in the original packaging. To qualify for return, your items must be in their original form, unused and in the same condition and original packaging in which they were received.

To complete the refund/exchange process, we will need a copy of the receipt or any other proof of purchase. 
Any item not found to be in its original condition, is damaged or has a component missing for reasons not occurred due to an error from our side will not qualify for exchange under our refund/exchange policy. For refunds (wherever applicable), whenever we receive your return we will notify you with an email about the received item. We will subsequently also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund by automatically applying the credit to your credit card or originally used payment method, within the stipulated number of business days. Please take into account the fact that the refund may take time to reflect on your credit card/bank account as it takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

For exchanges (only where applicable) we will only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email. Buyers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping expenses for returning items. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you qualify for are fund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Subject to where you reside, the time frame for exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t offer any guarantee that we will receive your returned item/items.Therefore, if you are returning/shipping a high worth item, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance. 

The gaps of the time orders are placed and when we begin processing them is extremely small. Once we begin processing orders we cannot modify or cancel your order. We strongly encourage double-checking your information at check out to avoid any errors. Contacting us promptly upon completion of an order and utilizing the appropriate contact us form are steps that increase our chances of modifying or canceling an order immediately.
